David is a performance coach from Ireland, now based in Zurich, with experience across elite sport, including Leinster Rugby and Kildare Senior Football.
Holding a MSc in Health & Wellness and experience with Ironman 70.3.
David coaches through four key pillars; Sleep, Nutrition, Training, and Mindset, helping triathletes build structure, improve performance, and perform at their best.

Aisling is a self-taught runner who began her journey five years ago. With a lifelong passion for sport and fitness, she quickly connected with running for the strength, resilience, and confidence it brought her. After placing 6th in her first half marathon in 2023, she soon went on to earn multiple podium finishes in major races across Switzerland and Ireland. Now running in the elite category with the support of sponsorships, her journey is a reflection of what commitment and consistency can achieve.
Aisling aims to help every athlete experience that same sense of possibility. Her philosophy focuses on building inner strength, trusting the process, and enjoying every step of the journey

Aisling is the founder of SWIMLI and a coach to hundreds of ex-pats in Switzerland. She is a former high performance swimmer and national gold medal winner in Ireland. With experience teaching swimming and running waterfront programs in North America and Australia, Aisling prepares triathletes to go from the pool to the open-water. Learn how to feel in control of your swim no matter how choppy the waters get.
